draytek 2700 adsl router, pptp

draytek 2700 adsl router

it is more than an adsl router, if pptp is configured on this router, the pptp server like sbs 2003 behind the adsl router wont work...

but I can't find a way to configure the draytek to use internal dns like 192.168.1.10

so I have to switch to the internal pptp server by disable the draytek pptp server

Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7

**Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 can be installed ONLY on computers that are running the Enterprise, Professional, or Ultimate editions of Windows 7.**

Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7 enables IT administrators to manage roles and features that are installed on remote computers that are running Windows Server 2008 R2 (and, for some roles and features, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003) from a remote computer that is running Windows 7. It includes support for remote management of computers that are running either the Server Core or full installation options of Windows Server 2008 R2, and for some roles and features, Windows Server 2008. Some roles and features on Windows Server 2003 can be managed remotely by using Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 7, although the Server Core installation option is not available with the Windows Server 2003 operating system.

This feature is comparable in functionality to the Windows Server 2003 Administrative Tools Pack and Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows Vista with Service Pack 1 (SP1).

TechNet Virtual Lab: Monitoring Exchange 2010

After completing this lab, you will be better able to create a distributed application model, define a Service Level Objective against an Exchange Server, generate a Service Level Tracking Summary Report, and configure and verify a dashboard.

Creating the Distributed Application Model ................................................................................................. 2

Exercise 2 Defining a Service Level Objective Against an Exchange Server ................................................................... 3

Exercise 3 Generating a Service Level Tracking Summary Report ................................................................................. 4

Exercise 4 Configuring and Verifying the Dashboard ....................................................................................................

To meet compliance needs, administrators require a solution for tracking, managing, and reporting the Exchange Server 2010 messaging infrastructure. Administrators need tools to observe conditions in real time and send alerts regarding monitoring the status of messaging services, taking remedial actions to minimize incidents and events, and providing trend data for optimizing messaging service performance.

Distributed Applications help you create monitors and rules that you need to observe the application and the individual components that it contains.
