If you install office 2013 in 32 bit mode, you can't install project 2013 in 64 bit mode. you will get an error.

if you remove office 2013 , and re-install it, it will still be in 32 bit. I wonder I need manually trigger setup64

when I do \\192.168.1.10

I got prompts asking for username/password

eventually find out the clocks are wrong, one hour apart on the workgroup server (need some timezone update after law change?)

the w7 pro date/time is wrong because the owner changed it . he said his LOB software FREEDOM got a bug, so he rolled the clock back.

It is interesting that clock does matter even if its a workgroup enviroment.
