how to recover deleted photo from iphone ? not easy in some situation

how to recover deleted photo from iphone ? also deleted from recently deleted

background:  it was deleted within 1 minute when the photos taken, so no itunes backup, no icloud backup as I don't have mobile data usage on this phone

could not find it , even having problem display thumb nail for some reason

2/ EaseUS MobiSaver
could not find those couple of deleted photos

3/ tried Enigma Recovery
but the trial version can only show deleted msgs

4/ tried Stellar Data Recovery for iPhone
good thing is that , before it scans iphone, it let you choose what type of data you want to recover,
it can also do deep scan
sadly it didn't show the couple of photos the robber deleted

5/ iMyFone D-Back
the trial version did not show the deleted photos I am looking for...

6/ Primo iPhone Data Recovery
sadly , no show of deleted photos I m after

7/ tenorshare ultdata
run the trial version, it only show part of photos it discovered, but my photo of interest not showing up

8/ Ontrack® EasyRecovery™ Home for iPhone
could not find the deleted photo of interest, crashed a couple of times after deep scan

Please kindly note that if Leawo couldn't recognize deleted photos, it probably means that they have been covered by other data
