after windows update , Office 365 outlook could not open, need password problem.....

-- run the O365 tool, create a new profile, the outlook can open
-- remove O365 accuount from the original profile, the outlook opens.
--- the original outlook profile is correupted

then another issue pops up...
-- outlook happily download emails for about 30 minutes, then screen flashes, need password on right hand corner
-- in retrospect, the password screen flashing means the windows supplied email account username/password, but the wrong one. but I do not have the chance to manually supply the u/p
-- eventually found a clue on the internet, looks like windows 10 wants to manage email account, in windows settings, disconnect the email account, the outlook can then maintain the connection

the normal user could not logon

the user name disappeared from the list

the username on the screen is the original admin username in the initial setup

luckiy, after a few retry , I managed to logon

and did a reboot ... then the user can logon
