what a waste of money , I bought a 32 dollar rain coat from Kmart

 annoyingly I got soaked today while walking in a drizzle

quite a disappointment that the rain coat stopped working after 1.5 years

quite a cheap product

metered wifi network on notebook caused vpn / chrome browsing problems

 a client was on holiday in a remote park, texted me that she could not access the office PC

eventually found out the mobile phone wifi connection was set as metered wifi, used up specified data etc

remove the data limit ~~~ disable the metered network setting, all okay dokey
