using shadow protect to restore a image to a virtual server on the same network. first install xen5.5. restore from the image from the network drive share. disconnect the whole thing from the activate network, then start the windows virtual machine. windows 2003 will detect hardware change, will ask to re-activate in 3 days. if you missed that, you have to use telephone to activate.
move the server out of the domain, chaneg server name, run newsid (to rename it).
