to restore to a XEN vm

start from the SP RE cd, choose restore (from a network location), then

select
restore
restore with incremental
finalize

yes, you can store from a point in time (not finalize), then continue to restore incrementals until the last one.

eventually finalize

quite clever feature ... and quite time-saving as well, as most of the time, it can run in parallel to the production server.
