my new second handd iphone 8 works with my new Honda 2020 Jazz RS m but my old iphone 5s is not

 the problem is iphone 5s sometimes connect , sometimes wont and very slow

however with the second hand new iphone 8 ,, the map showing kinda smooth

iphone 5s firmware too old ( can't be updated to the latest)

also the battery is not good , one phone call will drain the batt
