remove face login
re-add
then I found my camera is showing a black blank screen
try an app like google meeting, all black blank
update w11
update the Dell
all to no avail
then I remembered that I sort of touch the laptop top frame a few days ago
there is a camera hardware switch on top of the cameras (IR)
even if those lens are covered , those LEDs are all still blinking
slide the switch , alas, all good
... make myself a fool
