Using the OneDrive Website

Go to the OneDrive Website and log in.
Look at the bottom left corner of the page to see your total storage used.
Click on that storage amount or go to Settings (gear icon) > Options > Storage summary / What's taking up space to view a direct list of your largest files.
Alternatively, go to My files, click the column header for sorting, and choose Size (from largest to smallest). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Using File Explorer on Windows

Open File Explorer and click your OneDrive folder on the left side.
Click into the top right search box.
Type size:>100MB (or change it to size:>1GB for even bigger files) and press Enter.
Sort the results by size to see what takes up the most room.
