generic P4 failed to get dhcp address

try my cable, it is fine.

replace with another cable, the same thing.

bizzare, turn off the the PC. the lights are still flashing. turn the power switch off the power supply. it is much better. fixed i suppose

the staff admit being kicking the cable before all this.
