finnaly I got the replacement mainboard. pity it is not what the lady promised over the phone - a new one.

the a re-paired one with dirt on it.

I carefully installed CPU and memory  video card etc ... now I can see the windows screen

it at least proved my years judgement is correct, the non-screen problem is not cpu, its mb
