trim sbs 2008 memory high usage

you need identify which sql process / instance is using too much memory
in my case, its #SSEE
to connect to that in the sql mgmt studio
connect to \.\pipe\mssql$microsoft##ssee\sql\query
then right-click, properties --- limit the memory usage
