SBS 2008 Issue “Applying Computer Settings” message

your friend disabled IPV6 in sbs 2008. that caused the sbs 2008 slow to start. what is more is that the exchange serivce wont start properly even if triggered manually.
It took someone's SBS 2008 1 hour 45 minutes to start short of exchange services.
after the IPV6 being added back to the nic, it took about 14 minutes.
funky, sbs 2k8 doesn't use windows smtp service, it has its own exchange transport...
that ipv6 was disabled about 7 months ago, the server wasn't being rebooted.
