lose some and get some, windows update crashed my hyper-v 2012 R2 test host
in the device manager, the virtual nic is showing yellow mark,
I could not delete it, in hyper-v manager I could not delete the current switch
last nite, I can create a new switch, but I still could not delete the original one
today, miracle happened , I can delete the original switch (before the windows update), but I couldnt delete the old vNIC
anyway, the good thing is a new switch is created , and the VMs are coming back to life
