Cannot rdp to a w11 dell laptop from w10 laptop ~~~ enable web account login

 the w11 login user is an azure admin

so it keeps reject the user credentials

the trick is to tick in the advancce settings of the RDP, use a web account to logon to the remote computer

yay, it will ask for Microsoft authenticator code
