I have the same issue. Went over the issue with my IT administrator. Origin of recurring-DNS cache redirect is unknown. No viruses found. No malware/spyware found by Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Hosts file clean. An ipconfig DNS flush temporarily relives the problem, but the problem recurres after a several minutes.
my rant about generic IT issues/topics in daily work/life. no attempt is made to its accuracy. no liability assumed. This blog has No connection with any workplace.
