脑卒中患者早期处理一刻千金，一分钟都耽误不得。同时必须注意，在整个运送过程中家属最好尊重急救医师的建议，在没有医生明确诊断之前，切忌给患者服用药物，如止血剂、安宫牛黄丸等，也包括平时服用的降压药，防止加重病情。

脑梗塞发生后，在3小时内对患者进行包括溶栓治疗在内的有效救治措施，能够挽救部分尚未坏死的脑组织，极大地改善患者的预后，降低死亡率和致残率，部分患者病情可以完全恢复不留任何后遗症。

脑梗因受累的脑组织部位的不同，会出现各种各样的症状，常见的症状大家可以记记牢——肢体活动不灵、言语不清或语言理解表达障碍、口眼歪斜(面瘫)、流口水、头晕、恶心、呕吐、行走不稳(跑偏)、视物不清、视物双影或视物缺损、反应迟钝、严重者甚至出现昏迷等。

具体是让患者做三个测试：

1、语言测试：请患者复述一句短语，如说话不清楚或者无法说话；

2、微笑测试：请患者“露齿”或微笑，一侧面部表情不正常；

3、举手测试：请患者闭眼，如双臂平举10秒钟，一只手臂无法维持。

急性期治疗:
尽早的改善脑缺血区域的循环，促进神经功能恢复，缓解脑水肿，改善微循环，稀释血液，溶栓，抗凝药物，扩展血管等
康复期治疗：
制定康复计划，进行治疗，多锻炼身体有助于提高肌肉的收缩，这样可以减少水肿，进行语言功能训练，很多的患者会出现口齿不清晰的现象，所以在康复训练中，也要注意语言的训练方法，仔细观察患者的每一个口型的变化，有效地纠正其发音，从简单的数字，句子说起，循循渐进。避免患者出现急躁的心理，鼓励患者与家人进行交流。
恢复期治疗：
勤翻身和手部和肢体协调能力的练习是很基础的。饮食合理和全面营养。食物多样，谷类为主；多吃富含钾的食物。平时可以多喝一些改善血液循环的白果火麻仁茶，白果含银杏酸、白果酚、增加血流量等食疗作用和医用效果。

轻微脑梗塞的症状主要表现就是一侧肢体无力、麻木;一侧面部麻木或口角歪斜;说话不清或理解语言困难;双眼向一侧凝视;单眼或双眼视物模糊、视力丧失;视物旋转或平衡障碍,伴有头晕。一旦出现以上症状应尽早至脑专科医院或综合医院神经内科就诊


如果患者是大脑前动脉栓塞，则会发生病灶对侧下肢感觉与运动障碍，以及对侧中枢性面瘫、舌肌瘫和上肢瘫痪，也可能出现情感淡漠、欣快等脑梗塞的早期症状。

 很多脑梗塞患者会出现神经系统体征，比如偏瘫，偏身感觉障碍以及偏盲等都是常见的脑梗塞的早期症状。如果是主半球发生脑梗塞，患者会出现运动性失语或者感觉性失语。有小部分患者会发生眩晕、呕吐、眼震以及共济失调等症状。同时脑梗塞的早期症状还可能出现短暂的意识丧失，局限或者是全身抽搐。病情严重的患者发生昏迷、消化道出血

通过CT或MRI检查，就能够对是否患有这种疾病有很好的了解

脑梗塞发病前的前兆

　　1.头晕、头痛突然加重或由间断性头痛变为持续性剧烈头痛。一般认为头痛、头晕多为缺血性脑梗塞的先兆，而剧烈头痛伴恶心、呕吐则多为出血性脑梗塞的先兆。

　　2.短暂性视力障碍，表现为视物模糊，或视野缺损，看东西不完整，这种现象多在一小时内自行恢复，是较早的脑梗塞预报信号。

　　3.语言与精神改变，指发音困难、失语，写字困难；个性突然改变，沉默寡言、表情淡漠或急躁多语、烦躁不安，或出现短暂的判断或智力障碍，嗜睡。

　　4.其他先兆表现，如恶心呕吐或扼逆，或血压波动并伴有头晕眼花或耳鸣，不明原因的反复鼻拙血，常为高血庇脑拙血的近期先兆。

　　5.困倦与嗜睡，表现为哈欠连连，特别是呼吸中枢缺氧的反应。随着脑动脉硬化加重，动脉管腔愈来愈窄，脑缺血严重恶化·80%左右的人在缺血性脑梗塞发作5至10天前，频频打哈欠，所以，千万不要忽略了这一重要的报警信号。

　　6.躯体感觉与运动异常，如发作性单侧肢体麻木或无力、手握物体失落，原因不明的晕倒或跌倒，单侧面瘫，持续时间花24小时以内。追访观察，此类现象发生后3~5年，约有半数以上的人发生缺血性脑梗塞。

　　7.剃须刀落地现象，是指茬刮脸过程中，当头转向一侧时，突然感到持剃须刀的手臂无力，剃须刀落地，可同时伴有说话不清，但在1~2分钟左右完全恢复正常。这是由于颈部转动时，加重了已经硬化的颈动脉狭窄程度，导致颅脑供血不足、发生一过性脑缺血。提示缺血性脑梗塞随时可能发生。

脑梗塞发病时的症状

　　1.呈突然起病，常开始于一侧上肢，然后在数小时或一、二天内其神经功能障碍症状进行性累及该侧肢体的其他部分。

　　2.多数不伴头痛、呕吐等颅内高压症状，较大动脉闭塞后数日内发生的继发性脑水肿可使症状恶化并导致意识障碍，严重脑水肿还可引起致命性的脑疝危险。

　　3.大脑中动脉及其深穿支：最易受累，出现对侧偏瘫（程度严重）、偏侧麻木（感觉丧失）、同向偏盲，主侧半球（通常为左侧）受累时可表现失语，非优势半球受累时则发生失用症。

　　4.颈内动脉：可引起同侧眼失明，其他症状常常与大脑中动脉及其深穿支闭塞后出现的症状体征难于鉴别。
