VPNs : L2TP vs PPTP
some some mobile data provider /isp , pptp may not work, in that case
L2TP has a good chance to work
also pptp is outdated

a complaint about Microsoft remote tool ~~ quick assist
quick assist's remote screen went blank with 4 vertical line when I tried to start Eaton UPS service
I had to ask the customer to click for me on the remote side
it cannot be compared with TeamViewer which is expensive

Macrium Reflect caused my W10 update fail ,.... , remove it , and delete macrium folder out of c:\boot , fixed the problem

I downloaded w 10 enterprise ISO, mount it, and run setup, still fail
run setupdiag, indicates bcd error
rebuild bcd, still bcd error after 6 hours
eventually found a link on the net point finger at Macrium reflect
removeMacrium Reflect , and delete macrium folder out of c:\boot , fixed the problem
this w10 update problem bugged me for a few months

could not delete / rename a previously used OneDrive folder; you need permission to perform this action you require permission; file still open

or file still open
after some name change, stop sync, original folder still showing in file explorer
quit onedrive , not doing it
the solution is to reboot the Laptop
then can delete / rename
