how much carrots should i eat per day ?

In reality, 100g of carrots a day, or just under one carrot (the average weight of which is 125g),

Lycopene: This is a bright red antioxidant found in many red fruits and vegetables, including red and purple carrots. Lycopene may decrease your risk of cancer and heart disease.

Red carrots provide an alternative to tomato paste as a good dietary source of lycopene

Can we assign reports reader role to resource group in Azure?

Assigning the Report Reader built-in role to a Resource Group or VM (???) isn't possible,

What is update domain in availability set?

An update domain is a group of resources that can be updated and rebooted if required at the same time. From time to time, patches and software updates need to be applied. Some updates require servers to be rebooted.

In an availability set , the VMs are distributed evenly across these domains.

During a planned update, only one update domain is updated at a time, meaning the VMs in that domain will be temporarily unavailable. Therefore, the minimum number of VMs that remain available during the update is the total number of VMs minus the VMs in one update domain.

Virtual network peering and Azure Bastion

Azure Bastion and Virtual Network peering can be used together. When Virtual Network peering is configured, you don't have to deploy Azure Bastion in each peered VNet. This means if you have an Azure Bastion host configured in one virtual network (VNet), it can be used to connect to VMs deployed in a peered VNet without deploying an additional bastion host. For more information about VNet peering, see About virtual network peering.

Azure Bastion works with the following types of peering:

Virtual network peering: Connect virtual networks within the same Azure region.

Global virtual network peering: Connecting virtual networks across Azure regions.

Which three resources can you assign a phone number in Teams?

Which three resources can you assign a phone number in Teams?

There are three types of usages: User number assigned directly to a user. Service number assigned to an Auto attendant or Call queue. Service number assigned to an Audio conferencing bridge.
-src MS learn

To whom you can assign Teams subscriber and service phone numbers ?

 Copilot

In Microsoft Teams, phone numbers can be assigned to different entities based on their type:

Subscriber (User) Phone Numbers:

These are assigned to individual users in your organization. Each user can have a unique phone number for making and receiving calls1.

Service Phone Numbers:

These are assigned to services such as Audio Conferencing, Auto Attendants, or Call Queues. Service numbers have a higher concurrent call capacity compared to user numbers

Audio Conferencing bridges

When you set up Audio Conferencing for Teams meetings, you get an Audio Conferencing bridge. The bridge answers the call for users who are dialing in to the meeting using a phone. The bridge answers the caller with voice prompts from an Auto attendant, and then, depending on your settings, can play notifications, ask callers to record their name, and so on.

A conferencing bridge can contain one or more service phone numbers. A service phone number is a number assigned to a service, such as Audio Conferencing, rather than to an individual user. The phone number you set is included on the meeting invites for Teams.

just found out the Dell L5330 battery was made by BYD

 oh yeah

BYD

Dell L5330 battery test ~~~ after last nites google meeting horror , I started test mt Dell 5330 battery

I powered up the NB after 8 hours charging at 8:38am

there was a crash around 11:30am

the reason unknown, docs not saved

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

this happened when I put the system to sleep

I had my lunch

had my nap

now its 3:19pm, battery is 28%

its my typical usage pattern

3:29PM 25%

3:55PM 11%

ok, DONE my testing

almost 4 hours of battery working time

this verified another user's comment this model of Dell L5330 battery is not efficient

where i can see windows crash reports ~~~ w11 pro

while testing the Dell NB battery

the laptop crashed and rebooted

that means open files not saved

then recovered

Open the Event Viewer by pressing Windows + X and selecting Event Viewer. Navigate to Windows Logs > System. Look for any critical errors or warnings around the time of the crash. These entries might provide information about the cause of the crash

- intel

it happened when I put the NB to sleep, then it rebooted

says something updated

I just had a google meeting, my new , fully charged Dell L5330 battery run out in just 14 minutes

 what a shame

a fully-charged Dell L5330 can only last 14 minutes in a Google meeting

I would only expect it can last 45 minutes

I was wrong

and I am paying the price
