terminating fibre optics cable links
well.... I am doing this again, to hook up the terminals on the fibre tray to the netgear gigabit switch,
for the fibre pair, tx---rx, rx-----tx; so its kind of cross-over.
but the electrician terminated the fibre straight on the tray, the trick is to pull the fibre connctors out swap tx/rx on the tray sockets.
btw blogger is slow ..... freezing / pausing.
