load power BI license to an Office 365 account

- its similar to what you load inTune license

- logon to mspartner portal
- click power BI, expand , get the license key
- on the same page, click on a URL link
- the link points to a page of MS logon
- login as O365 account\
- then the power BI license is added to O365

you can do so with other ms cloud licenses
