Azure DNS is a service for hosting registered domain names by using the Azure infrastructure. You can use Azure DNS to manage your DNS records, such as A, AAAA, CNAME, SOA, NS, and MX, by using your regular Azure sign-in credentials.
Azure DNS won't replace domain registrars, where you register and purchase domains.
