run install
on a simple setup, a proxy installed locally
Launch Add Organization Wizard
Select Organization Deployment Type
Specify Connection Settings
in this case , I used modern apps
register a new azure ad app automatically
I used a self - signed cert
give your app a name like mkbk
login as admin to auth
it will do connection test
it failed
then manually login to azure portal to grant this enterprise app admin consent
run the add org wizard again
you need copy Application ID from azure portal
after all these , it become all traditional
