 The weird outlook problem turned out to be a file system problem? could not move some emails to a certain folder

I thought some corruption on the outlook imap account

so, I removed the affected account

tried to re-add the imap account, but it failed, something like error , retry, but it keeps failing

Suspecting a file-system problem, I run chkdsk, it reported C: volume error, and I have to reboot the w10 laptop to fix it.

so reboot the notebook, run chkdsk again, all good

then I re-add the imap account, test, all problem solved
