How do I disable security defaults before enabling a Conditional Access policy?
Disabling security defaults
Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as a Global Administrator.
Browse to Identity > Overview > Properties. Select Manage security defaults.
Set Security defaults to Disabled (not recommended).
Select Save.
