migrated to windows 2003, removed the nt4 bdc
rasie the domain/forest function level to 2003,
but dcpromo the windows 2008 R2 server failed with error not finding ldap msdc record, but it is there
then I started to adprep32 /forestprep , this is fine.
but adprep32 /domainprep failed sadly, some error about replication?
