create recovery discs for my cheap notebook - HP

the first recovery disc created successfully
the 2nd one failed verification
I tried 5 DVD discs , all trashed ....
desperate, searched the internet , found some other guys also got the problem,
called HP help line, they promise to send me recovery discs, they asked w7 or w8,
I said w8
