If you have windows 10 or office 2016, you already have the new next gen client

(btw, late last year,  the office 2016 version could not connect, MS support get me installed Office 2013, the reason is that some tenant still on old servers)

also the new client is said not working on windows 8.1 at this stage , what a joke??!!!
