Katherine thanks for the help. Unfortunately I know of no one who has tried connecting windows 10 pro or windows 8 pro to an MAPI exchange 2003 either by outlook or by (windows 10 pro email?) and seen their public folders. The 0x80090345 is I guess undocumented by Microsoft and the online blog discussion I see relates to SAMBA and not my issue. – Ron Whites
