How do I disable Google Assistant in Redmi 12?
Scroll down in the settings and tap on General. In the General settings you'll find a toggle button to turn on/off Google Assistant - turn it off. Now press back and find "Hey Google & Voice Match" settings in the menu. Turn off the "Hey Google" toggle button - this is to disable "Hey Google" detection.
