dsitributor send us wrong memory upgrade kit specified in IBM Tools (?).
the result is the server won't boot into loading windows/setup program... it will stuck with uefi ...starting
with pre-installed 2GB it is all fine.
when thos upgrade ram installed separately, the boot process stuck at uefi starting, and orange led ! is on

I had exactly the same problem with 4x 4G memory supplied by Crucial. Cannot get IBM memory anywhere in Europe, 2-3 week lead times.
