this is first time you call netgear, we give you help for free even if the nas warranty expired
saved the configureation from the old one, then resotred to the new one, the new one took 3 hours to rebuild raid, and the web admin interface wont work .... so it doesn't work that way
so press the power button for 5 secs to turn off
on power-up, poke the reset-button for 30secs to reset all settings, update firmware, and re-configure from scratch,, copied some stuff wihile the raid re-built for more than 3 hours (1TB mmirrirred), the speed can go upto 70%, so it is not that bad
jumbo frame I leave it off as I dont know whether the swx supprts that
