I put the upgrade key in, and am told it will finish in 10 minutes,
heck... then it told me the keys are rejected, its for another product.
called local MS support, re-directed to call-centre in the philipines
MS tech asked for the product id of the home premium
I am told to restart the notebook
it is upgrading
....
