✅ Allow Shared Power Apps and Shared Power Virtual Agent Apps apps

✅ Allow Shared Power Apps and Shared Power Virtual Agent Apps apps

To resolve the issue where Andrew’s colleagues can’t find the custom Power App in the Teams Apps page, Amy needs to ensure that the sharing of Power Apps is allowed in Teams.

This setting is found in the Microsoft Teams admin center under:

  • Teams apps → Manage apps
  • Look for the setting:
“Allow Shared Power Apps and Shared Power Virtual Agent Apps apps”
→ Make sure it is enabled

Why not the other options?

  • ❌ Configure app setup policies: Useful for pinning apps, but won’t make shared Power Apps visible if sharing is disabled.
  • ❌ Manage app permissions and settings: Controls access to apps, but doesn’t specifically enable visibility of shared Power Apps.
