✅ Configure app status from Manage apps Here’s what Emily should do: Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center. Navigate to Teams apps → Manage apps. Locate the custom LOB app submitted by the developer team. Check the app’s status: If it’s in a blocked or pending approval state, change it to allowed. Ensure the app is published so it becomes visible to users.

✅ Configure app status from Manage apps

Here’s what Emily should do:

  1. Go to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
  2. Navigate to Teams apps → Manage apps.
  3. Locate the custom LOB app submitted by the developer team.
  4. Check the app’s status:
    • If it’s in a blocked or pending approval state, change it to allowed.
    • Ensure the app is published so it becomes visible to users.

Why not the other options?

  • ❌ Configure app permission policies: Controls who can use apps, but doesn’t affect visibility if the app is not approved or published.
  • ❌ Configure app setup policies: Helps pin apps to the Teams client, but only works if the app is already approved and available.
