To prevent users from being prompted to review and accept permissions every time they launch the custom LOB app, John should grant admin consent for the app's permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).

This is done by:

1. Navigating to Enterprise applications in the Microsoft Entra admin center.
2. Selecting the custom LOB app.
3. Going to Permissions.
4. Clicking “Grant admin consent for Contoso Ltd.”

Why not the other options?

• ❌ Configure app permission policy: Controls which apps users can access, but doesn’t manage consent prompts.
• ❌ Configure app setup policy: Manages app pinning and visibility in Teams, not permissions or consent behavior.
