download alltemplates.exe and extract, need install application care template first. in the process need pend -immediate in some cmds. this is for a farm installation. stsadm -o filename callcenter.wsp.
or a batch file can be created to do this.
one bizzare problem with the cmd line is that directly copying from the readme.txt wont work. it will give an error. the trick is manually type it.
*.stp files can be uploaded via webite - sitesettings - galleries - templates
