a client is doing work on their client's terminal server. well there wasn't enough license for her to connect. she was advised by their client's IT guy to use MStermLm.exe. I wonder this is a small util to delete the installed & expired client license in user's PC. the this little program was regared as virus by various anti-virus programs.
Windows 2003 terminal server will enforce device client license, however it wont enforce user-mode license.
