the client said the dell nb crashed in a skype session. tried various ways to recover ... safe mode ...last known good config, no luck, ntbtlog.txt not there. pull hard drive out , run virus scan ... nothing major.
press F12 to run self-diagnostic, seems fine.
the Nb has vista license, but downgraded to
have to re-install, CTRL+F11 to initialize the process. ghost 8.3 in 7 minutes. restored to factory windows xp installation.
