remove the last exchange 2007 from exchange 2010 organization

1/ move mailbox over from exch2k7 to 2k10, do this on ex2010

Create a Local Move Request

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124495(v=exchg.141).aspx

I moved administrator mailbox along with other test mailboxes. then I noticed later the administrator mailbox is still showing on the old exchange 2007 server. however the ex2010 server powershell cmd showing the box in ex2010.

in Ex2010 EMC I should see move request , also powershell cmds can be used to see the move status
http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/07/19/3410438.aspx

get-moverequest --- indicated administrator mailbox move failed

resume-moverequest  --- restarted the failed mailbox move, failed again

remove-moverequest  --- aborted the doomed move

After all these cmds, the new local move option is available for the administrator mailbox again, this time I specify to continue to move mailbox upto 4 corrupted item. as a result, this admin box got moved over to ex2010
