a newly installed PC with a accounting app. not quite sure what happened, but the PC is now reporting OWC11 ... errors.
the app will run, but those warnings annoying....
the answer is to use microsoft msi cleanup utility ... to reset outlook runtime 2003 install
and then reinstall outlook 2003 runtime...
