I was stuck in the morning traffic. the big boss was fuming. his outlook 2007 cannot start, invalid xml file...
tried outlook /a, outlook /safe ... no luck,
deleted ost file, still the same problem....
the answer is outlook /resetnavpanel .... (sorry I didn't write down the original link)
that saved my bacon ... for now....
