somehow, n-able end point security installed on the exchange 2010 server ...
I have lost two emails, lucily I already processed those two. when I wanted to come back a bit later, I couldn't find those two emails anywhere ...
also the outlook reports the connection to the server on and off again and again ...
now the n-able sep has been removed from the terminal server.
