nullwell, after reloading the windows xp from scratch, I still have a re-crashing notebook compaq 615... long story why they bought it...
anyway called hp tech again, I am told ...
run full hard drive scan
change sata mode from ahci to ide because ahci is a vista thing..
this requires reloading the windows xp again... another more than 3 hours work.
worse still I need do a low-level format before the reloading ... it is under security ... disk sanitizer ... this takes very long 23.6% for more than 3 hours...
the manager wasn't happy ... he called hp local various managers to complain... funny .... those manager are all potato-faced ... they said its a software issue ...need a firmware update as well....stay tuned... for the drama
