wbadmin backup windows 2008 server ... local backup only? ntbackup is gone
you have to add the wbadmin feature as a feature in server manager
worse, it can backup to network drive ... as I recall, it wont support tape either.
it suppose to backup to local device, and that local device shouldn't be system drive
