with multi-email-domain configuration, the username would be like user1@mydoom.com
old user1 may work until the server restarts or the mdaemon server updated.
currently the mdaemon server version is 11.0.3

Several days ago I had an unpleasant situation which luckily was solved owing to a tool. I was found it on an one forum. It worked out my issues for seconds and probably would assist in this trouble also - forgot outlook xp password.
